Heidi Groen is a Dutch actress active in film, television, and theatre across Europe. Known for her expressive face and naturalistic performances, she brings intensity and nuance to each role. Fluent in English and German, with working French, she often appears in international productions.

Trained in the Stanislavski method, Heidi began her carHeer in medieval live theatre in the Netherlands and Germany, notably playing “The Lady of the Court.” Her versatility shines in roles ranging from vulnerable hostage (“Last Bus”) to calculating Dutch Nazi (“In Het Vuur van de Storm”). Stuart White (Hollywood screenwriter) praised her as “a natural…riveting even in silence.”

Heidi is known for her professionalism, adaptability, and skillset – including horse riding, stage combat, and precise script delivery. She plays convincingly across a wide age range and character types, from nobility to everyday figures.
