Born in South America (Venezuela), Henri moved to The Netherlands at the
age of seven, where he eventually went on to attend the prestigious
University of Leiden.
After graduating he started working as an actor and found one of his first
acting jobs in the short film “The Painting”, candidate in the Philips Parallel
Lines Campaign (in association with Sir Ridley Scott/Tony Scott’s RSA). In
one of his first professional acting roles for TV he got to play alongside
famous Dutch puppets “Moffeltje & Piertje” in the popular children’s TV series
Koekeloere.
He was privileged to work with one of Hollywood’s leading stunt coordinators
and now also director Chuck Borden on two occasions: “Super Hero Steve!”
and the ambitious “Purgatorium” project. He has also worked with talented
and renowned directors and artists, such as: “Spangas” director: Kaj
Driessen, “Mad Cow” director: Michael Wright, “Prix-Saint Michel” award
winning animator: Aimee de Jongh and “Cannes Lions” winner: Quentin van
den Bossche.

With a constant strive for diversity, Henri has participated in a wide variety of
genres and platforms, including prime time soap (“Goede Tijden, Slechte
Tijden”), various short films, animated films (“One Past Two”) and
independent (feature) films such as: “Benjamin Wolf”.
Last but not least, he played the lead role on stage in a “Martin Scorsese”-
based play in Amsterdam and was one of the select “Captain Morgan” actors
for several years as part of their national promo campaign.
