“Leila Rusciani, is an Italian Moroccan actress born in Rome. However she grew up in over ten different countries. This incredible lifestyle afforded her to become fluent in six languages and a quick learner with accents and be able to speedily adapt to situations

Leila is a proud Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute alumna. Within a few months in New York she became a recurring cartoon voice-over artist for Audioworks Producers Group cartoons dubbing in English, French, Italian and Spanish. Very soon, Leila scored the supporting role of Diana, alongside Lubna Azabal (The Honorable Woman, Incendies), in L. James Delman’s short film “Reprieve”, winner of the 2016 Belgian Ramdam Film Festival for Best Short Film.

Soon Leila will be filming the short-film “Palooka” —winning screenplay by Carol Garlick— in which she will be playing the lead female boxer, scheduled to shoot in early 2018.

Leila is currently in Rome, studying at the Laboratorio di Arti Sceniche as the proud recipient of renowned Italian Director, Massimiliano Bruno’s 2017 Scholarship, however splits her time between New York City, Rome and can be local hire in Los Angeles and Paris.
