Mouna R’miki currently resides in Madrid, and goes back and forth between NYC, Europe, Morocco (she will probably make it to Jupiter at some point…), where she is an actress and curious creative mind . She is fluent in several languages and has had so far,

the incredible blessing to work on multicultural and multilingual projects. She has performed in the USA, SPAIN, FRANCE, MOROCCO and her work was seen on stage at La MaMa ETC (NYC), Signature (NYC), Skirball Center of Perf. Arts (NYC), Dixon Place (NYC), JACK (NYC), Theaterlab (NYC), Bushwick Starr (NYC), Kraine Theater (NYC), Under St Marks (NYC) , ​The Bellewether (NYC), Théâtre Déjazet (Paris), Centre Culturel de l’Agdal (Rabat), among others.

In September 2022, we premiered in Morocco and France “Lost”, a feature film for which Mouna had the lead role.

 She co-wrote, co-produced & was an actor in Nowhere/Now Here directed by John Gould Rubin & Kat Yen. On screen – Writer, co-producer and actor in award-winning “The Green Lotto”. Sara in The Guest (“Special Mention Award of Merit ” at the LA Best Shorts Competition / Castel ; Ranya in LOST (Winner Best Director at Alexandria Film Festival, Winner Best Prima Opera Award at Tangier Film) Rita in SAGA (Tangier Film Festival official selection) /TV- Yamila on “Desaparecidos” (Amazon), Deena/Jordanian Police on “La Unidad” (Movistar+), “La Recette de l’Amour” (2M TV Morocco).  She was also the Arabic dialect coach in The Band’s Visit (Broadway – NYC).
