Stilian Keli was born on February 22, 1980 in Tirana, the capital of Albania. In 1995 he came to Belgium with his parents as a political refugee. Eventually he developed a great interest in film and immersed himself into acting. He is an actor, known for Rookie (2021), The Codfather (2022), Kanun (2022),  Rotte (2021) and many other films and tv series.
